Sunday, March 03, 2013 as I blogged yesterday I want my new habit to be exercising in the morning. Today my assignment is to talk about how I am going to make my new habit a habit! emoticon

Starting tomorrow I am going to set my alarm clock for 30 minutes earlier. I have already learned to put my alarm clock away from my bed from another spark friend so I have to actually get out of bed to turn it on. I will have my workout clothes ready when I go to bed tonight. I will use that 30 minutes to do Wii Fit Plus for yoga and balance exercises. When I have tried this in the past it really started out my day right and helped me feel good and energized to face the day. Unfortunately I didn't make it a habit and it therefore didn't last long.

So...that's my plan...Monday thru Friday...set alarm 30 minutes early for yoga with the Wii. emoticon

    Great plan! But, didn't you mean "get out of bed to turn it OFF"? I knew what you meant and so will everyone else. No Worries!

I need to do mine in the mornings before I get on the computer. I don't work, but once I get on the computer, it's hard to get off.

I'll be helping you by thinking of you getting up to turn that alarm off and starting you day with the Wii Fit Plus for yoga and balance exercises. emoticon emoticon , emoticon
