I missed last week's weigh in because it was exam week at my school and I completely forgot to hop on the scale. So here is this week's weigh in acknowledging them both. :)
This week I weighed in at 312.0 lbs. which felt great. That's 5.2 lbs down from my last weigh in two weeks ago. Yay. Let's keep this trend going. I just got off the elliptical. Did that for 20 minutes at a resistance of 4. I don't remember the incline. I was sweating bullets though. Lol. My psych meds doctor put me on an anti psych med that also was an appetite suppressant because I have another pill that makes you feel like you would eat the wall if it were edible.... -_- so that should help with my weight too..
