Mexican town

Went to Mexican town last night for dinner with the wife and a friend. We all enjoyed a margarita or two and ordered flaming cheese and some kind of chicken taco. The three of us spit the food and had a wonderful dinner. What I realized is that I was sated after only eating one third of the food we ordered. When I started spark I most likely would of ordered all the food the three of us ordered and chances are I would of most likely eaten it all. The point I'm stating is that even though you are not always counting what you eat your mind set does. I guess that after several months of watching what you eat your basic habit is to not over eat. After returning home and getting ready for bed, I realized that I really felt good about myself and how I had not over ate.

    I love Mexicaly, but boydoes it get hot in the summer.
I am so glad for you on being so conscious of how, slowly but surely, you are changin your eating habits into good ones. Congratulations.

    I know before if the food was there I ate till I was full. Now I try to order something smaller and take part home or share with someone. I have known for a long time that it takes a while for full to kick in. now I have learned to stop before that feeling and am very satisfied.
