Went to Mexican town last night for dinner with the wife and a friend. We all enjoyed a margarita or two and ordered flaming cheese and some kind of chicken taco. The three of us spit the food and had a wonderful dinner. What I realized is that I was sated after only eating one third of the food we ordered. When I started spark I most likely would of ordered all the food the three of us ordered and chances are I would of most likely eaten it all. The point I'm stating is that even though you are not always counting what you eat your mind set does. I guess that after several months of watching what you eat your basic habit is to not over eat. After returning home and getting ready for bed, I realized that I really felt good about myself and how I had not over ate.
