Consistency will be my key

I have never been very consistent for to long in any area of my life. I have a habit of giving up on things easily, and I know that has to stop. I know I can't keep doing the same ol' thing and expect life to get better. That way of thinking is just plain INSANE! Why oh why are bad habits so easy to adopt but good habits are like some mental war within myself?

So I figure that to go along with my newest move (see I am not even consistent with my location for very long) I want to join the nearest fitness center later this week. They have a "Tai Chi" class on Monday mornings & a "Line dancing" class on Wednesday mornings, and maybe try the yoga class on Saturdays. Each class is an hour long. It takes me about 20 minutes to walk down to the gym, so its at least 100 minutes of exercise for those 3 days. For me that is VERY good.

On other days, whenever its to cold outside or I'm just to sore & lazy to get out...I will do jumping jacks or jump rope in my room...just to get blood circulating.
I figure this schedule should be do-able..seeing as I am unemployed right now and don't have to worry about a work job for now is to truly take care of myself. I honestly want to be my #1 priority, and become the best me that I can be.
