Did pretty well with Feb goals, so I'm going to keep it going for March! I have a 5k in May, so I'm going to refocus on running.
* Drink 8 cups of water a day
* Run 1 mile 3 times a week, run/walk another 2.1 miles
* Do other workouts 3 times a week
* Stay in calorie range (getting better everyday at this, but still not there)
* Only get fast food 4 times a week (I'll get this to zero eventually, but I know this is not the month)
