1) What new habit you wish to develop? One of my new habits would be everyday exercise
2) How will you do that? Well start going to the gym for five days a week instead of four.
3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track? If I can see my weight changing that would be the best encouragement.
4) How are you doing day by day? Doing 10 minutes worth of pushups or jumping jacks daily.
5) What can you improve upon? Portion sizes are an issue with me.
6) Do you need some motivation or advice? Ask for it! I always need encouragement, don't have many real life friends or people I can depend on.
