Hi Sparkers !
It has been 2 months now since I first started and got committed to my weight loss journey. I started on the first of the year 1/1/13 and have been amazed and Proud of myself for staying committed and still pushing forward. This time around, I really have mentally accepted that I need to do this not only for my kiddos (which are my BIGGEST STRENGTH and my Main reason) but for "Me" and specially for my good health. I need to take care of myself so I can better take care and be there for those I Love. I am in my middle 30's now and it makes me think about what lay's in the year's ahead of me. I have changed my lifestyle by adding exercise at least 5 days a week and watch what I eat (calories/portions). Trying to eat as healthy as possible and yes, there are times when I do indulge in a piece of chocolate or crave the chips and salsa. I do eat this stuff on Saturday's sometimes But I do limit myself on having just a little to get rid of the craving. We all have cravings here and there, right? So, I have been giving it my Best during the week, weigh myself on Saturday mornings and like I said, I cheat a little on Saturday. Back on track on Sunday and on :) This time around, I don't give it All up just because I indulged on something and then end up giving up because I feel like I screwed up (that was before).....NOT anymore, Now, I put it behind me and move on Forward like I have been :). This is what I have been doing for the last 2 months and I am sooooo "EXCITED" to say I have now lost 20 pds so far ........

but I am Not one of those who can keep track of her meals and every little morsel I put in my mouth throughout the day. I just try my best to keep track in my mind of the calories I am taking in. I try my very best to stay within my calorie range which is 1,200 calories per day and do push myself to drink those 8 cups of water a day. So far, this has been working for me and I know what I need to do in order to see success in my weight loss journey. DECIDE, COMMIT, SUCCEED - this is what I have done since day one and still committed to stay on track. I have set new Exercise Goal's before the beginning of each month. For this month of March, I have made a goal to keep exercising 5 days a week just like I have been. This month, I am exited to try the new workout I recently ordered, Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer ! Just got it in the mail last Thursday 2-28-13 (just in time to start off this new month goal). Will do T.M.T. on M., W., and F. On T., Th., and F. I will go to Cardio 60 class with my workout buddy Letty1998
She is the one who invited me to this workout in the beginning and I have Really Enjoyed it...Thank You Letty ;) It's Fun !!! and I LOVE the music that gets me all into the aerobic dance workout
