Revisiting Goals

Today I got on the scale, and I'm 17 lbs less than I was when starting back on Sparkpeople on December 30, 2012. The Nutrition Tracker and I have been best friends during this time. I love the success stories and all of the tools on SP. Seeing the weight loss graph take a steady downturn is motiavting me each week. Also, I've gone from size 10 to size 8.
Although I do get exercise, I'm hoping to talk myself into a regular fitness program, but I'm still working on making other changes. I used to compete in sports, and never dreamed I would get to the point where I wasn't working out every day. Changing to a more sedentary career didn't help, but I'm trying to eliminate working at home after working all week. Today, I'm going to get some exercise by cleaning house, and try to stay away from doing my other job on the weekend.
