Sunday is weigh-in day for me, so here are my numbers!
Highest Weight: 193.2
SP Start Weight: 180
Last Week: 161.8
This Week: 159.6
I lost 2.2 lbs this week! WooHoo!
I was under 160 for 3 days this week! That's awesome!
I successfully made it through Day 2 of No Snacking After Dinnertime!
Today will be Day 3!
