We are developing new habits this week for the 5% Winter Challenge. I want to exercise with my kids more regularly.
1. Gather fun kids workout videos and fitness ideas. If we have lots of options, exercising with the girls will be fresh. They also get a real kick out of picking the workout. Picking anything really.
2. Commit to two workouts a week. We will put it on paper and put it on the fridge. This will be a great reminder for me and the girls. Will work on adding a third once we establish the 2x weekly habit.
