2nd consecutive rainy day and it's cold. Got to sleep late and I'm going to rest some more today.
Re-jigged my calorie plan and reviewed results from Feb. I did better in some categories then other so I give myself a C. I found when I overeat I do it big - 2000 - 2500 calories. And it's not a lot of food - it's like the fast food hamburger with fries and coke or the pizza. And it's usually eaten at the end of the day, so I can't readjust my calorie intake. If I had it for lunch, I could forego a snack or dinner.
Need to pick up my knitting, play the piano and read my book. To do for today.
