My muscles have been terribly sore since yesterday, the night before that I did REAL push-ups! Not the modified on-your-knees version! And I must say, I don't think I'm quite ready for that nonsense. 2 days later, and I'm still feeling it.
Well, today is Sunday, and I've decided to make that my day of rest, since I do workout every day, I should probably recover. I feel a little crappy about it, since I had a calorie SURPLUS yesterday! *gasp* but I need to train myself to chill the eff out sometimes, I don't need to keep over-doing it.
So I'm looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow, and perhaps the hubs and I will do some Just Dancing later on, you know, for funsies.
