1/2 cup OJ
1/2 cup silk original pure coconut milk
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup sliced banana
1/2 cup spinach
3 oz (1/2 container) blood orange chobani greek yogurt

Consistency: Thin, nonviscous. I like my smoothies thick, so next time I'll probably freeze my banana slices or freeze the juice/coconut milk in ice cubes to make it more of a frozen shake consistency.
Flavor: Awesome! the coconut milk gives it an almost tropical flavor. you can enhance that by adding mango/pineapple/papaya.
This smoothie also has a full day's worth of vitamin C (119mg) and 34 mg of Calcium (even more if you use a calcium fortified orange juice).
