Day #252 - Oh it's Sunday and I worked out this morning

Yep, got up early did my wogging for 30 minutes. Lifted a few and did my 25 squats for the day. Like I said I'm enjoying the squats. My knees aren't screaming as loudly anymore. Now... yesterday I woke up with a slight headache. I went out for a few to pick up some paint swatches, grocery store and back home. I slept almost the entire day emoticon I was really surprised that I got into a sleep without any medication. I guess my body really was tired and I needed to listen to it. I went to sleep around 2:30 I woke up at 7. I didn't go anywhere or do anything else yesterday.

I'm up already, worked out, washed 2 loads of clothes, got my clothes ready to go to church. I plan to cook dinner when I get home, continue washing clothes and that's about it. It's a bit cold here like upper 50's during the day and lower 40's at nite in Miami that's freezing (don't judge us :))

I feel inspired, thanks to my great support here in SparkPeople.

i have not gained a pound in over a year.

i gave up sugar and grain products and lost 44 pounds at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day and has not gained a pound back either in over a year.
