Well my plan is..............dadadada!!!!
I will have healthy snacks ready so if I need food , I'll have it.
I will do more workouts, because once I sweat a lot, I don't feel like eating junk!
I will put in a dvd if desperate , desperate times call for desperate measures, I mean a hard workout dvd. I really won't eat after that!
