Well, I had 1 night of good sleep on Thursday and 1 night of good sleep last night and both times I've woken up with enough energy and motivation to get things done.
Today, I plan on walking our dog and then getting back to the gym starting tomorrow. I'm really excited.
I've been eating better this past week by cutting down onthe sugar consumed and I lost 3 lbs doing that. So I'll continue doing so without putting pressure on me about eating a certain diet. So much more liberating.
