Looking forward to the week.

It's sunny but cold today, so I don't think I will walk outside, but I will make it to the gym and do the full work out; elliptical, strength training and aqua Zumba. I always feel great after that combo.

Yesterday was the first day that I did not eat healthy, fast food for breakfast & dinner. Somedays you just don't want a protein bar for a meal supplement when you are on the road.

I don't feel quilt, shame or remorse. I incorporated that McDouble & fries into my routine. I often find many who associate those foods with the aforementioned feelings, thus derailing their progress. Lets face it there are times when you will have foods that are not "healthy" it's okay, just don't make the habit of eating them every day.

So still on track, enjoying all the positives that life offers including fast food once in a while.
