I did great when I first started in January with WW. I did great when I first started with SP in Feburary. Now its the start of March and I am starting fresh again, without changing programs. So this is day one.
Hi. My name is Glenda and I need to do something abut my weight, my health and my unactive lifestyle. My goal for March is to lose 5 pounds. FIVE little tiny pounds and I will do whatever it takes to do it. One small step at a time. the weather right now is getting better so I have no excuse to only walk to the post office for mail, I can take the Looong way around. I have a set of kettlebells sitting right here in the living room that are collecting dust. I have all the free water I want to drink. It is driving me crazy how I dont do it. I know what to do and I know how. I am an expert dieter, I have been doing it for 35 years. 35 years!!!! You would think I would have it by now. I have been on every diet out there, TOPS, WW (more than a few times), No Carb, Low Carb, Low Fat, No Fat, Fasting, Pills, Jenny Craig, Diet Centre, Zone, and many I made up myself. I lost weight 15 years ago. 60 pounds. How did I do it? Canada's Food Guide! Plain and Simple. That and I stopped drinking so much, which lead to less trips to the fast food stops on the way home from the bar....So, I KNOW I can do it. So now I am going to do it. Canada's Food Guide and SparkPeople for support and accountability. Today is Day one.
