So the plan was to write everyday about what happens on this cleanse and well..... I haven't. Not because I was lazy but because nothing really happened.
Day 4 had some cramps but only lasted maybe 10 minutes and went to the washroom everyday!
Sadly things have come to a halt. Ate some chicken wings, fries & red wine on Friday and haven't needed a washroom break since (now Sunday). Yesterday ate some Pizza Pockets, which are bad, which means I probably won't use the washroom for a couple days.
Quite angry with myself for eating like that. Granted I worked late on Friday and Saturday I didn't eat breakfast plus very late lunch but neither is a good excuse as to what I ate. Could have easily gone for a healthy option but didn't.
On the bright side it showed what will happen if I stray from eating proper. I will confess now, I will never give up foods I love that are bad for me. I need to find a happy balance and realize that they should be treats, not part of everyday eating.
Sadly, so bloated from the bread and wine that the pants that were just starting to fit are sawing me in half again..... Did lose 3 pounds over week 1 which is great, not sure where I am now and don't want to step on the scale until the binge is out of my system.
Going to start exercising today. Was a bit nervous to start it until I knew how my body would react to the cleanse. No one wants to be trapped running and need a washroom break NOW.
21 days left of the cleanse.
Time to get back on track!!!!
