and my Struggles to a Healthier Life?
I won't worry about a slight gain, when I weigh in daily, I will realize weight fluctuates continuously.
I will continue to eat healthy food and beverage choices.
I will continue to not pop soda (pop) Quit: January 14th 2013, that was diet pop, but I will not drink regular pop due to high sugars in it.
I will not drink coffee either I also Quit: January 14th,2013.
If I think about either one, I smile and I say to myself, I'm doing good, feeling good and that is more important! Water especially with ice added, is refreshing.
When I feel alone, or on edge I go someplace where other people gather (corner bar)lol! Enjoy conversation, eat a healthy meal and drink water.
