In the past, I've found myself exercising to eat. I would exercise for 45-60min a day, pushing myself full tilt. Sounds great, until I decide I deserve to eat everything in sight, because I worked so hard. The exercise would also make me exhausted for the rest of the day. It's nothing I could sustain and I always thought, "how much harder will I have to work when I'm 50?" It wasn't making sense to me.
This challenge, I want to lose weight, but I also want to learn moderation in diet and exercise. I really need to work on the diet moderation!
My goals this week:
1. Continue drinking my daily water.
2. Exercise daily. Most days, this is just a quick walk with the dog.
3. Tracking my food.
I feel pretty good about this plan. It may not give me quick results, but slow and steady wins the race!
