Its strange to me that I WANT to workout. That I wakeup and have an overwhelming urge to just move.
I joined the gym located in my work building. It's small but it has what I am looking for for now. So far it has been completely empty the on the days I go, and yes I'm aware that the time of day has bunch to do with it.
So I've now added the elliptical, stationary bike, stair master, and various other targeted machines to my routine. I think I'm going to move my Zumba to the end of the day. So most week days I will start with the gym at around 4:30am, walk 2.5 miles during lunch then do either a short or medium zumba class at home once the kids are asleep.
I know I'm losing weight. I can see it people are commenting, I just bought jeans two sizes smaller..... but it seems like the spots I want to see the difference (behind the knee fat, and double belly) are refusing to budge. And yes, it pisses me off, so yes I work harder to see them go away. I can hide the belly (thank you Spanx) but the behind the knee fat just ruins my skirts. ;)
