Looking back, on this past week, did I do what I said I was going to do?
Did it make a difference, if I did?
Am I getting closer to my Olympic challenge goals?
#1. I DID get great sleep, this week!
#2. Stress, is less! I have done my part to lessen the stress. I am still a bit moody, perhaps hormones.

This is a work in progress.
#3. Eating better! I have been concentrating on healthy foods, lean protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies. OK, I did overdo it on the dark chocolate two days. Keeping it real here folks.
It is out of here, until I can do it in moderation again.
#4. I have been gardening and burning calories, like crazy! Not exactly the light variety of gardening, but moving wet bags of topsoil, mulch, digging, moving large plants, bending walking, walking and more walking.
I was not out of breath, and I did not feel pain, except my jaw hurt.....I am at that age I am thinking, am I having a heart attack? Well, I had had oral surgery not too long back and it was in that spot, so I believe that was it. I actually felt much more alive and awake, after this particular job was done.

( I am being careful people.)
#5. I even started kickboxing again!

Also been doing my speed skating and skiing moves

and this brings me to my next accomplishment!
#6. Lost 1 inch from my hips! I also have a flatter stomach, seem to be standing taller and feeling great!
#7. Drank enough water each day. After last week, filled with dehydration, dizziness and fatigue, this week is truly a winner!
So time to focus on this part of the vision board, for the coming week.
Overcoming obstacles..."You can do anything if you set your mind to it!"
My mind IS set!! I am focused and have a clear plan. I will write it down!
Savings.... Time to adjust the old budget. I will feel in control, once I have this all planned out for the Spring. Take what I have and make it work!
Lifting weights.... Now that my injuries have had a chance to heal a bit, I can get back to the weights! I love lifting weights and look forward to getting them back in the circuit.
Tough enough... Yes, I am tough enough to handle anything that comes along. No whining, from me. Face it all head on!
Walnuts and fruit.....going to add more of these.
A look, a feeling. I will take pride in the way I look. Pamper myself, do a bit extra, in my morning routine, to look and feel my best.
Again... I HAVE TIME FOR THIS! The time is now!
Moving towards that Winter Olympic opening ceremony!
How are my team mates, doing? I am here for you as you are for me!

Make it happen!! Crank it up a notch, this week! Let's roll!!!!
