One day at a time...

I admit it, I fell off of the wagon. I'm back on now and with my husband to boot! I have been talking a good game but not doing what was necessary to follow through.

Yesterday my DH and I went TOGETHER to the gym (without the kids) and worked out together. This was fantastic. My hubby has been avoiding exercise like the plague, but now know he needs to do it for some serious health issues. This was just what I needed to get motivated to move my tushie again!

Today I got up and went for a walk. It was so lovely to see the cardinals and hear the birds singing. I cannot wait for Spring!

This is hard--this moving your body thing. I know I always feel better when I do it. Why dont I do it more? Well, I did today. I will take it one day at a time. :)

    I do think the exercise is good for physical and mental health. You just feel better about your self when you have gotten good exercise. emoticon
