I have been trying to go back to where I started with Spark. One of the things I really enjoyed was fresh lime juice in water in the mornings with my breakfast. Its low in calories and high in Vitamin C and when I squeeze it fresh has some good fibre. I like all the bits added.
So I am drinking 20ml of bottled lime juice (not sweetened, pure) in water with breakfast instead of a Smoothie. I cannot afford fresh limes at the moment! LOL! But will get them when I can!
Unless I am running or hiking. Then I will have the smoothie which is 125 ml fruit with 125ml water. The smoothie is banana, strawberry and blackberry most of the time, but I like to change it around sometimes. I like the berries best of all. I love bananas but cannot eat them raw nowadays, but in a smoothie its fine. Or cooked in an omelette which is one of my favourites! YUM!
My first habit day one yesterday! Gardening!
Well I eat my words. Its dull damp and freezing cold, so the pond will have to wait till tomorrow! LOL!
