One of my goals for March is to exercise every day - how will that happen?
I was able to get outside for a jog/walk yesterday, but didn't go until the afternoon. Recently, that shouldn't have been a problem, but, living in AZ, you just never know about the weather. It was 80 degrees, and, since I don't sweat, it was too hot for me to jog much, so it was mostly a walk. Since Spring is just around the corner, I will have to plan better if I want to exercise outside. I "melt" easily in the heat......LOL!
I much prefer to exercise in the morning, and often use exercise DVD's. However, we only have one TV, so I exercise in the LR. That isn't usually a problem, since my DH is retired and I get up earlier. But, he's having surgery this next week and we have to make some adjustments to our living arrangements. One of them is that we are moving our bed into the LR so he can watch TV (basketball season is in full swing, which is a good thing for him, since he won't be able to go out and he'll be home alone during the day since I will be working). But, that will limit my use of the TV. I will have to pull out my little portable DVD player and use it in the bedroom - I will have lots of space, since the bed won't be there! But, the portable DVD is so small! I'll have to see how that goes for me......
