Don't just think about it once in awhile, think about it every day. It will help keep you on track & motivated to do what you need to do to reach your goals.
Visualize yourself reaching your goal. What will you be wearing? How do you think you'll feel? How do you think your family & friends will feel about your success? Be excited now about the sense of accomplishment & pride you will feel once those goals are reached.
If you're not the best, pretend you are:
You CAN do this. WE can do this. It is not impossible!!
Look at all of the people on SparkPeople who have already done it!!! There's a lot of motivation in looking at those weight loss SparkPages. I look at one or more of them every day.
We'll get there.
