2) How will you do that (develop new habit)?
Yesterday I talked about how I needed to work on consistency.
Today: How will I do that?
- even in the evening which has been my biggest challenge
- even if I've gone over my limit
- even when I don't feel like logging
(I've downloaded the SparkPeople tracking App onto my mobile device and this really helps a lot in staying on track.)
What I won't do however, is feel like I have failed if I'm not perfect. This has been a problem for me in the past and has given me licence to continue indulging since I've already "blown" it.
