GRAPEFRUIT Game - Week 4 (The "P" week)

Sunday, March 03, 2013

Pleased to say recovered from Passing flirtation with bug du-jour, and Pleasantly fully functioning here once again.

Per my earth science background, my interest is Piqued watching Potentially ominous wintry weather forecasts for what (Please!) should be mild-by-this-time early Spring weather. Perturbed that I may get snowed out at the gym for a day or two this week. The Potential sure is there anyway. For us it shapes up not as Portrayed on the following map, but Tuesday night through Thursday sometime during the day. Yikes!

Pleasantly super-busy at work. For me this has means more than my share of meals with clients, which have been a Particular challenge for Spark nutritional tracking. I do what I can food-wise (as the Path to clients' wallets may be through their stomachs), but gym workouts have been great nevertheless. Also regarding work, if anyone has a sales or marketing background (or responsibility) and particularly if you are or work for a professional services Provider who sells intellectual Property (such as time), you may enjoy my recent real-world blog on the Pitfalls of trade shows:

ow.ly/ifWKJ - this is the link to the trade show blog

Anyway, Post below and tell how you did. You should have Parted with 4.5 lbs by now. I'm sitting in the Plainly mediocre threes, but Potentially this is because of too much salt in restaurant foods. We shall see. Have a Phenomenal Week!

Profoundly pontificating that I have put 6 pounds permanently away ... forever banished into the pesky past.

Perhaps this post is particularly late as I prepared a new computer for pleasure and planning.

Not being prepared for Windows 8 ... it put me in a particularly pouting place. But alas ... I am perfecting my knowledge and promise to post sooner next time.

So happy you're bug free: I am not (BLEECHH!) but at least today capable of verticality for small stretches of time. .

So happy to see that you're feeling better and your wonderful wit and wisdom have returned. :)

We have been living through a cold snap here in S GA too. No snow though. We would have enjoyed some flurries as we were out there freezing on the sidelines of our son's 3 soccer games in a tournament he was in. Brrrr! Hate to ever complain about the cold here as the summers are much more severe and long and humid!

I see your map, BUT there appears to be something missing..

up where I live, (Mid Michigan, bottom of the Thumb)there should be a huge, 2,000 square mile of clouds that state, "Not enough booze in the universe for these poor saps" from Chicago to Sault Ste. Marie, Canada.
We will be knocking icicles off our eaves until the beginning of May.

My brain isn't up to all the P's in your blog, but I hope everyone has a Particularly Pleasant and Pleasureable week!! Especially those of you in that snow belt who have made their liquor run!!
Take care,
Kathy

Sorry you are still in the winter season. so close to Spring emoticon
glad you back to feeling like you self and are on the spark trail that hidden salt is a pain to stay away from when eating out. emoticon like you i am struggling with getting those pesky pounds off as well and salt seems to be in the mix as well. did manage to 3 pounds in Feb and one more than once. emoticon
stay safe in the snow and remember snow removal is exercise but please be care careful and get thing 1 and 2 to help you out. emoticon

Clearly, the map overlay drifted south with spring melting. The Liquor Store warning area should extend further north covering all of Massachusetts and at least into southern New Hampshire. Snowflakes are in the air here as I write this!

Glad you're over the bug du jour. I had it too several weeks ago and it is not on my top 10 list of things to repeat anytime soon!

Maintained . . . again. Happy with that.

BTW I love your map. Haven't seen THAT one on the Weather Channel . . . yet!
