To say that last week was busy doesn't even begin to describe the week. Long days at work, worked on Saturday for the 3rd weekend in a row, and finally finished everything that needed to be done. It felt so good to go to bed last night with nothing hanging over me and to be able to wake up on my own without having to set an alarm.
Did my eating and exercise suffer? Yes. But not as badly as they would have before I started Spark People. I tended to grab fast food, but was more selective. I didn't get real walks in , but I tried to walk as often as possible (parked further away from the office, made it a point to walk up and down steps for breaks, etc.).
So weigh in----stayed the same. But for me that was okay because I had succeeded in other things: like not overeating when emotionally stressed.
Now on to a losing week!
