week 2: ~~~New Habit~~~part 1

1) What new habit do I wish to develop?

I need to eat more -get more calories in order to lose more. I don't want to come to a halt with my weight loss. I need to increase my healthy food intake. I'm working out and doing an intense workout program,but not eating enough can make a very slow or low results. I'm on the right track, I just don't want my numbers going up..i love to be a loser.

2) How will I do that?

It's going to take planning, calculating, timing and recording.

    It hard for some to realize that you do have to eat more of the right kinds of foods to lose weight! Way to go!!

    emoticon emoticon Stay focused and definitely try to eat enough. Learn your body's stall pattern. I figured out mine and I am trying to break through it. It's hard when you do all the right things and get no results or an increase....so you have to eat to lose. I know you can do it!...We will be losers together.
