It's been a while, I know. I've going through some health issues that hopefully should be figured out by the end of the week.. Hopefully. Irs been stressful thats for sure. My legs and ankles have also been swelling to the size of treetrunks lately too, and im not sure why. My smyptoms are the same as Hypothyroidism, but they tested me a few years ago and it wasnt... Though, they know that they test for only one of the exams and thats it, which is really frustrating. Doctors here just think your fat because you eat to much, which isnt always the case.

Its frustrating when your doing so good, and then something stalls you. Ive had to put eating habits to the side for a few, to get myself figured out medically, but hopefully back on track. Its why Im writing a blog, to keep myself thinking about it. Hopefully next week Ill make a phone call to a nutrisionist and start the process with them as well. Its also getting warmer so I can start taking my long walks! I will get it done, keep staying positive Madaline!

Glad to have you checking in! Too bad that you've got stuff slowing down your journey, but I'm glad to hear you're not giving up. :) I hope they get things figured out for you soon & that there is an easy way to deal with it.

I'll be sending positive vibes your way!

Be positive. I have an injury or something also. I see a specialist tomorrow.Since it has been a few years since your test, you may have to take another. It could be shoes, wear and tear lead to a lot of foot and ankle problems. I hope you get it checked out and get back on track.
