So I've been using a Jawbone Up Band now for about a week and wow, do I love it. I know the first gen of this band broke alot but so far, smooth sailing for me. I find myself motivated to get more sleep (to meet my goal) and more steps in (to meet my goal) and by way of that self challenge alone, making healthier fitness choices.
I do wish I could synch with Sparkpeople because I do prefer their tracking and nutrition program but maybe one day hey?
I'm happy to answer any questions people might have on it or to connect with others that use it.;...in fact, I've co-leadered the Jawbone Up Community Group and I'm trying to re-'active'-ate it again.
