Top Green: I want to lose 30 lbs this challenge!! 30 lbs OFF!
Dark Orange: run a 5k, looked at the upcoming ones in my area and I'm going to sign up for on for April 29th!
Top Light blue: Be Committed...Stay Committed! This is my main goal this challenge!
Purple: Improve Inner Self! By the end of this I want to work on some personal things that I have been struggling with!
Top Bright Orange: Gain Confidence! I want to work on gaining confidence while I shed this weight!!
Dark Green: Walk my dog daily! This spring I want to walk Reggie daily! I feel so bad in the winter, when he is stuck inside all day...
Yellow: A gym regular! I want to go to the gym lots and become a gym regular during the challenge!!
Middle Orange: Run Often! I am working on running, the more I do it the more I like it!! Hopefully I can gain stamina and run longer and longer!
Middle Blue: Drink LOTS of WATER! I love water. I have brita water bottles and LOVE using them and drinking tap water instead of buying bottled/jugged water!!
Red: Eat Healthy...NO FAST FOOD! I need to manage my cravings and not eat fast food!!
Bottom Blue: Gain STRENGTH! I want to build up my muscles and get fit!!!!
Tan: Regain my Flexibility! Want to stretch more and regain some of my flexibility!!
I will look at this as a reminder of why I am doing this throughout the challenge!!!
