2013 Winter into Spring 5% Challenge #1

If there is one habit I would like to reinforce this week, it's keeping my food log up to date. I've noticed that when I don't, my weight loss slows down dramatically. It's been very hard since the holidays, but I've got to make an effort to keep up with it!

    Great habit to work on this week and something I need to work on too. When I don't track my food I don't pay attention to what I'm eating and the pounds start creeping back. Tracking also helps to plan menus for the week and upcoming birthdays, anniversaries and eating out.

    You can do it. That one is one of the rock solid foundations to my PLAN. If I don't do it, I have no idea where I actually am at the end of the day.

    Sounds good. I need to work on that as well. I've gotten pretty lazy about it. I do great at tracking fitness, but not so good with the food part. Thanks for the reminder.

    Great idea, I use a diary as logging it always seems so slow (British foods are there but have to be hunted for or manually entered)
