    Your right about the sodium. I retain alot of water. If I take a water pill, I can show a big weightloss. I think when you buy chicken at other places, they do salt them down some. Where at home you can control the salt content more. Good luck and its nice watching your blogs.

    Hi Liliswen, you are so right, don't get depressed over the number on the scale. I think alot of us do. But looking beyond that and the small changes you have made during the week is doing yourself so much good and we need to remember that too, lol

We are trying your cauliflower rice tonight for dinner, I bought some pork, we are going to stir fry it up with peppers and mushrooms and then fry up the riced cauliflower with small bits of onion and seasonings, can't wait to try it..

Love your vlogs, if you come across anymore tasty recipies as to vegetables, vlog it, because want to get our family into eating more of them. Have a wonderful day. emoticon emoticon
