Living the Good Life Blogging and Feedback - theme new habit.

Day 1) What new habit you wish to develop?

This will be quite simple - food. I have lost sight of what is going into my mouth though I am tracking the ones being burnt. I need healthy balanced food choices to be a solid habit again.

    I find that I am lost in the weight loss or even weight maintenance arena if I don't track. It is easy to decieve myself about what or how much I am eating if I don't write it down. It does require some time and effort but the payoff is well worth it. emoticon
