Our assignment today on one of my teams was to pick a habit that we want to start. For me it is to start my 21 days vegan challenge. It is a challenge from Dr Neal Bernard, the health benefits are numerous, and I want to do it. But and I hate to even think of a but, it is a huge change for me. Love cheese and it is out of the food menu, so it sure will be hard. Tomorrow is day 1.
