Travelers blog 1: what i need to work on

If there is one thing that I am constantly striving to get right it is the nutrition part of this. I have a hard time eating the high amounts that are required and also I have issuing tracking what i do eat so that is my goal this week is to try and find proper ways to get in the right amount of calories and tracking them . I will format a eating plan to start tomorrow. I know this important to continue the process but it has always been difficult for me ...

    Thanks for commenting on my blog "Complicated blogging". You are right. It is much easier to put a smile on our faces and help others than it is to ask for help. Mom says it's a pride thing....she may be right. I didn't ask for this help. It was "pushed" on me. However, it may be the best "push" anyone has given me for a while. Maybe this time, I'll get back to myself and actually accomplish some healthy things in my life....at least maybe it will give me the "want to" to get my Christmas tree down LOL If not, I'll just hang eggs on it and call it an Easter tree.....sheesh!

Now, as for tracking and nutrition stuff....girl you are so knowledgeable in this game that it amazes me. I know it's hard to get in the calories/nutrition....but you can do this!!! You got this girlfriend!!!

    Love your sayings and the positive attitude. Have you tried the food tracker in Spark? I have also tried writing everything down in a little notebook. Maybe one of these will work for you. emoticon
