The title is the Winter into Spring 5% Challenge question of the day.
I don't think this counts as a new habit... but more like one that needs to be started. I need to get on a regular Strength Training program. I tried before the challenge started. I successfully got a couple days in. However, I challenged myself to 24 days of ST while on the Winter into Spring 5% Challenge.
