The question I need to answer for this challenge is what new habit do I want to establish. This isn't a brand new habit but it is fairly new to me. I want to get back to eating clean and following the Paleo eating lifestyle. The Paleo eating lifestyle consists of the following: fresh meats (preferably grass-produced or free-ranging beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game meat), fish, seafood, fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and healthful oils (olive, coconut, avocado, macadamia, walnut and flaxseed). It also consists of avoiding the following: dairy products, cereal grains, legumes, refined sugars, processed foods, and bread.
