    Here is a tip: keep a basket of fruit at hand. When you feel snacky, grab an apple.

    I need help with this too. I started carrying snacks in my purse and in my desk drawer at home to help me. In the winter, I love to have instant oatmeal for a a snack break at work -- quick, filling, and comfort food for me.

    Me too. The trick for me is finding something I like and having it be convenient.
