Today I am blogging about a new healthy habit I need to start. I am going to try to develop a new habit of prayer before I eat my meal. I am a Christian but I have never said grace before I eat. I think this would be a nice new habit to pray that the food is consumed in a new attitude of gratfulness and respect for my provition of the food by God. Also that the food blesses me and provides me with healthy nutrition for my body to use.
