A New Habit I Want to Start is....

As part of my challenge this week I'm to chose a healthy habit and write each day about it. So the new healthy habit I want to start is exercising at least 4 days per week!

As a side-note we buried Mikhaila today. The services couldn't have been more beautiful or more hard. Thank you all for your prayerful support. The family also wanted to thank everyone for praying for her.
