It's almost a year since I wrote my last blog here on SP. It's been a tough year but things are turning around. Now I need to get back to the gym and work towards my personal goals. The 5% challenge will be helpful in that regard!
So the theme is: "What new habit you wish to develop?" I want to commit to doing some form of exercise everyday. Some days I'll do 10 minutes but at least 3 times a week I will work really hard and give it my all.
