So this week the spring challenge team I am on has a"Living the Good Life" challenge about blogs and creating new healthy habits. Each day has a question to blog about. The first question is "what new habit do you wish to develop?"
Wow, there are a list of habits I wish to develop, but for the sake of space, I will focus this week on sleep. I am a night owl through and through. But that does not work with our family schedules. Kids need to be ready for the day... school, lessons, etc. The little guy likes to wake up early, and I have lots to do to manage this household, homeschooling, church events, etc! When I stay up too late, I am completely wiped out in the morning. And that totally stinks! Then I'm crabby, things don't get some or turn into a disaster. It's just no good! So step one of identifying the problem is simply to get more sleep. This starts with not staying up so late.
