I am working on my emotional eating, maybe I should say I am working on not emotionally eating. I believe this is my biggest stumbling block and those of you who know me know I like to go big...lol. I have had a really emotional week this past week and I did not emotionally eat. This made me wonder what I did differently. Are you ready for this??? I felt the emotions!!!!! I didn't stuff them down because they may make someone uncomfortable or make some angry. I didn't worry about what people thought, I just felt them. So imagine my disillusionment when I realized
that chocolate mocha ice cream does not have the answers!!!!!! I plan to feel my emotions and if they become overwhelming I will do some sort of physical activity, boxing and tae bo come to mind.
