Pumpkin Pie Mousse

1/2 cup 1% milk fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
1 1/2 Tbl real maple syrup
@ 1/16 tsp each of ground cloves and nutmeg
@ 1/8 tsp cinnamon.

Puree in blender or food processor. Makes two 1/2 cup servings of mousse, each about 95 calories.
