New Habit

I am very inconsistent about tracking my food. I want to develop the habit of tracking EVERYTHING every day. I've noticed that when I track everything, I do much better, but when I don't I just estimate, and it never turns out how I'd like in the end. SO, my new habit is going to be tracking my food - ALL OF IT.
