New Habit

Saturday, March 02, 2013

I am very inconsistent about tracking my food. I want to develop the habit of tracking EVERYTHING every day. I've noticed that when I track everything, I do much better, but when I don't I just estimate, and it never turns out how I'd like in the end. SO, my new habit is going to be tracking my food - ALL OF IT.

I do better if I at least track some, but not necessarily all, or look up the number of calories in something I want to eat, etc. That way I don't feel overwhelmed with having to track and/or correct everything but I can keep an eye on things I know are probably not what I want but am trying to fool myself by estimating low :-)

This is a perfect goal to go hand in hand with this challenge!

Good goal-I need that one, too. Do it when I need to, but...

That's definitely an eye opening thing to do! People who track their food lose more than people who don't!
