Habits to work on - where do i start
I have started working on drinking more water - so far this week not too bad (not a fan of plain old water but i use the no calorie "water enhancers")
I need to work on tracking my food more consistently. Didn't track yesterday or today (i KNOW i wen over today but Saturday is my designated 'cheat day'.
Tomorrow is my first 10K since 1994. Long time and almost a 100 pounds ago. Really hoped for better water - it supposed to be in the upper 20's at start time brrr. But I'm gonna do it - this year we(hubbie and i) are walking it. Next year I plan on running it.
